While you’ve had the ability to run a Scheduled Sessions or Session History report by Instructor for a long time in VTA to show the sessions scheduled for or taught by a particular instructor, you’ve never had an easy way to report the number of students trained by a particular instructor. In version 6.3, you will have that capability.
We’ve just added the ability to run the Schedule Summary and Session Summary reports by Instructor. This will allow you to report not only on the instructor’s sessions, but will also provide student counts by roster status for each session. When run using the PDF file type, these reports provide a total count of sessions and students by status. Note: A total count of canceled sessions is provided. However, canceled sessions are not used in the total student counts by status.

He is a certified Development Dimensions International facilitator, a Kirkpatrick Certified Evaluator and facilitator of the Ohio State University curriculum development program.
