2007 LMS Customer Satisfaction Survey – RISC receives Highest Scores

Bersin & Associates 2007 LMS Customer Satisfaction Survey identifies RISC as the LMS that “received the highest scores of any vendor in almost every category”

Houston, Texas: RISC, Inc., a pioneer in the Learning Management industry was again highlighted in Bersin & Associates study of LMS customer satisfaction. In the study, RISC was ranked as leader or co-leader in 17 of 20 satisfaction measures.

In this four month study, Bersin & Associates surveyed over 600 LMS users from a number of industries. The 13 LMS providers included in the study represent a substantial share of the US market.

With an average installation base of more than 13,000 learners, the study stated that “RISC received the highest scores of any vendor in almost every category.” RISC President Art Werkenthin said “Customer satisfaction is our most important driver. Every employee recognizes that we are not a ‘software’ company but a ‘service’ company, so it is great to hear that we have again been recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction. ” The study goes on to say that, “One of RISC’s primary services is as an ASP, wherein customers can rent its system on a monthly basis. This gives RISC one of the lowest annual operating costs of any vendor.” RISC was also identified as a customer loyalty leader.
