The 2014 VTA Live User’s Conference was, like all our user conferences, an opportunity for the user community to share ideas with RISC regarding upcoming features and share you did!
Thanks to your feedback we came away with some great ideas for future system enhancements. Some are complex and will require a significant amount of time to develop, but some were simple enough to work into an update release for version 7.1.
One such suggestion was to add status counts as available filters, grid and tooltip columns to the History and Schedule grids. They can be used to filter for sessions in Schedule that are under utilized or empty sessions in History that can be deleted. You can also add the fields to the grids to help you see at a glance the enrollment counts by status for sessions displayed on the grid and have a quick way to export a report with status counts.
