xAPI is actually a new way of storing learning actions, including informal learning, social learning and mobile learning. In a recent webinar RISC explored xAPI (also known as Tin Can), discussed the benefits of using it, and debunked some xAPI myths. We also covered the coming new standard from AICC: CMI5.
